1. What is the photographer’s style – traditional, photojournalistic, etc.?
I would describe my style as a mixture of many photographic styles, ranging from editorial photography to fine art, and photojournalism.
2. Who will be the photographer on the day of the wedding?
I personally photograph every wedding that I book.
3. Digital or film?
I shoot 100% digital, and only use professional grade Canon cameras and lenses. Generally I bring two or three cameras to each wedding along with backup equipment and studio lighting.
4. Will our images be mostly color, black and white, or both?
I provide a mixed selection of color, black and white, and creative tinted and toned images. Image are edited on a individual bases with special consideration given to the style and aesthetic of each image – some images inherently look better in color, while others fit better as black and white images.
5. Do you provide digital negatives or a disk set of images with you packages?
Yes, all clients receive a DVD set of all the images from the wedding day including edited image files.
7. Do use a photo assistant or a second photographer?
Our packages do not include an assistant, however, I reserve the option to bring a professional assistant to help with equipment, portage, lights and other wedding day tasks. An associate photographer (second shooter) is available for an extra fee, and is included in two of our wedding packages.
8. Do you offer the option of creating a custom package just for us?
Yes, since every bride and wedding is unique, we can customize any package or create one to fit your specific photography needs. In fact, the vast majority of clients create custom packages.
9. Do you travel, what are your fee’s
Travel fees are applicable 60 miles from my studio location. Travel rates fluctuate on a number of variables, including time of year. Contact us directly for travel and destination wedding fees.
10. How long have you been shooting weddings?
I’ have been shooting wedding professionally for 8 years.
11. How many weddings will you shoot in a day?
I never photograph more than one wedding a day.
12. Can I give you a list of must have shots?
Absolutely, our highest priority is that of the client. We will work with you to insure every moment is photographed and preserved.
13. If our event lasts longer than scheduled, will you stay? Are their extra charges?
Most of our packages offer full day wedding coverage, up to 14 hours of coverage. In the event that extra coverage is needed, the client will be billed for additional days of service or extended hourly coverage.
14. Do you limit the number of photographs you take at a wedding?
Absolutely not, on average each client receives in the upward of 300 plus wedding edits, and 2500 – 3000 images total from a wedding day.
15. How long after the event will the images be ready?
Your online gallery and DVD set of images will be ready 3-4 weeks after your wedding. Custom designed albums require 12-16 weeks once your order has been submitted.
16. How do we reserve your services?
A reservation deposit ( 1/3 of the package total ) and a signed agreement is needed to reserve our services.
17. When do we to pay the remaining balance for your services?
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the wedding. Credit Card payments are due seven days prior to the wedding date.
18. What types of payments to you accept?

19. How far are you booked in advance?
Prime wedding dates are often booked a year or more in advance. Contact us by phone or email for availability.
